Whitelisting -- email from people on your "whitelist" will always get through. You can add anybody who sends you good emails to your "whitelist", to make sure you always receive your good emails.

Multiple spam thresholds -- this allows you to control how "strict" you want your emails to be filtered. So if you notice some spam is slipping through the cracks and reaching your inbox, you can adjust the settings to block out those spam. Or if you notice some good emails are being mistaken for spam, you can also adjust the settings to let the good emails through. This gives you great flexibility in your spam management.

New "Tag and Forward" feature -- this is a very useful option to make sure your users receive their good emails. If you like, "suspect" messages can be "tagged" as spam and forwarded to the recipient. This way, your users can quickly recognize possible spam messages in a glance.
